ACT Photo allows test takers to capture an image of their face to be used in identity validation for ACT test events.

Waist of time!
"You may use your computer or mobile device." This is an email I got from the ACT website. I decided to upload an image on my iPhone and not get on my computer because I thought Id be fastest. But when I notice I had to download the app and it was a waist of time. The email should had said "-computer or app for ACT Photo on your mobile device." Again, this was a waist of time. Sadly most people who had to download the app understand what they had to go through. But this is for the developers.

After reading all the photo requirements on MB and size I was concerned how to upload a photo. I installed the app and followed the simple steps. Took photo with my phone and upload was flawless. Perfect app does 100% what it is suppose to do.

Wont let me take a picture
I have a iphone 4 and i downloaded the act app but when i went to sign in it said check your internet connection but nothings with the internet if this is some kind of bug can you please fix it so i can take a picture

Absolutely, disgustingly bad
The developers of this app should be ashamed. It takes forever to log in if at all, and when it does, it is unsuccessful in uploading a photo. This app is going to cause somebody to miss the photo deadline, I guarantee it.
