Waist of time!

"You may use your computer or mobile device." This is an email I got from the ACT website. I decided to upload an image on my iPhone and not get on my computer because I thought Id be fastest. But when I notice I had to download the app and it was a waist of time.
The email should had said "-computer or app for ACT Photo on your mobile device." Again, this was a waist of time. Sadly most people who had to download the app understand what they had to go through. But this is for the developers.
